All products are priced in UK Pound Sterling.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are as accurate as possible. All dimensions and sizes are approximate and included for guidance only (especially for handmade products). While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary in accordance of the setting of your monitor, software or printer.
All products are priced in UK Pound Sterling and inclusive of VAT.

By placing an order on our website, you are thereby agreeing to our terms and conditions.
After placing an order online, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming your order.
Delivery
Our standard postal charge is £4.95 per order to UK mainland. For international orders, please contact us.
We use First Class recorded service from the Royal Mail or a courier company. A signature will be required upon receipt of the parcel.
Allow between 7 to 10 working days for delivery. If the goods are not delivered within that time, please contact us by email info@thefrenchboutique.co.uk or tel: 01453 750 005 quoting your order reference number.
Returns policy
All our items are carefully checked prior to despatch. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund. It must be returned, unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at contact@thefrenchboutique.co.uk to inform us of your wish to return the goods. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. Return postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the method of payment used.

We make a commitment to protect your privacy and promise only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the European Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications (2002/58/EC) and other laws and regulations that may come into force from time to time.

Please note that all credit/debit card information that you provide upon payment is dealt with by Paypal in a secure environment, and The French Boutique have no access to this information.
