Our postal charges are £4.95 per order (free for all orders over £50.00) to UK mainland addresses. For international orders, please contact us.

When should I expect to receive my order?

Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay, we will contact you.

How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email at contact@thefrenchboutique.co.uk or call us on 01453 750 005 within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be made, providing the item is returned in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging.

Where is the Lavender coming from?

All our lavender products are from the ‘Drome’ or ‘Alpes de Hautes Provence’ departments in France.

Do you have a catalogue?

No, as our collection changes too often to have one.
